Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer purchase orders and amendments efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer contacts and supplier relationships in our ERP system
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively resolve internal and external customer issues
- Collaborate with sales staff to provide valuable insights on customer accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in business administration or related field
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions independently
