Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team at Brain Consulting Tech Corp. as an Office Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing records and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
