Handyman Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Handyman Specialist to join our team at Elevate RS Corp.

$20 - $22 per hour

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques, with a focus on general interior and exterior repairs. They will be proficient in tasks ranging from minor fixes to larger projects, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

• Perform regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance of fixtures, appliances, and systems, such as lighting, heating, and cooling.
• Assemble furniture and equipment as required.
• Repair drywall, including patching holes and repainting.
• Install and repair flooring, including tile, laminate, and hardwood.
• Handle landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks, such as fence repairs and deck installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with appliances, systems, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local safety codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs, provide updates on project status, and offer recommendations for improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
