We are seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Manager to join our team at Elite Sofa Designs.

Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff as necessary.
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee progress.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial operations management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operations management principles.
