Regional Sales Manager

As a key member of our sales team, the Senior Territory Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the Ontario and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise and skills to promote our products and services to clients in the construction sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular site visits and effective communication.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions and competitor pricing to ensure informed decision-making.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage sales data and ensure accurate information.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience or external sales position.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience using a CRM system.
- Initial sales training and ongoing development opportunities.
- Expense account, cell phone, and laptop provided.
