Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team in Milton, Mississauga or surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and cost-effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to our commercial customers.

Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your own schedule, while enjoying a competitive hourly rate with possibility for overtime. You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing effective working relationships with customers and partnering with them on best practices to identify and solve pest problems;
  • Maintaining flexibility to adjust your day to assist customers in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment;
  • Using handheld computerized equipment to manage service and document structural, sanitation and pest issues;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Two years work experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply;
  • A valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record, and the ability to drive and maintain a company vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition;
  • The ability to work an overnight shift and be on-call during off-work hours and weekends as necessary;
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccinations may be required at some customer sites;

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location, industry, and other factors.
