Mixology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mixology Specialist to join our team at Gians Restaurant Ltd. DBA Gians Indian Cuisine.

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent client focus, be organized, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a bartender, and will be able to advise on wine selection, provide drink recommendations, and collect payments from customers.

Responsibilities include preparing mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages, taking beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, recording and balancing beverage sales, and storing beverage and food products.

• No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role, but experience in the hospitality industry is an asset.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a stable work environment.

This role involves working in a restaurant setting, which can be physically demanding at times.
