You will share in the success of our clients from Day 1 until they sign their job offer in consulting.", "Requirements": "3+ years of continuous experience in sales calls in English, with an exceptional sales track record. Background in sales and/or enrollment with a coaching or ed-tech company is preferable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as strong negotiating, relationship-building, and management skills.", "What Success Looks Like": "Convert potential clients who are a good fit for our services into actual clients and achieve sales targets consistently. Be a good listener, emphatic, and willing to say no to people who aren't a good fit to work with us.", "Our Approach": "We have a comprehensive training program and system to give you the feedback you need to grow in this role.
