Froster - Cake Artisan

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster is a key member of our bakery team, responsible for creating high-quality cakes that meet our guests' expectations. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow proprietary frosting recipes and application methods to achieve productivity goals.
- Utilize measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes efficiently.
- Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders according to schedule.
- Maintain an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case.
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes, as well as product rotation standards.
- Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure they meet NbC standards and inform management of any quality control issues.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, ensuring frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures.

- Diligence, organization, and self-motivation to prioritize workload and operate independently with minimal supervision.
- No formal education or work experience is required, but previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
