Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at CellChem Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Anglais.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or nutrition sales industry and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Regional Sales Operations: Organize regional and divisional sales operations and plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train and manage staff, including more than 20 people with various areas of responsibility.
  • Travel: Willing to travel cross-border and regularly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a similar role.
  • Language: Anglais.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
