Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Medical Office

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files, medical reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Office Management: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and supply management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
