We are seeking a skilled Handy Person to join our team at Hill Top Motel & Restaurant. As a Handy Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. Your duties will include operating industrial vacuum cleaners, washing windows and walls, making minor repairs to heating and cooling systems, and supervising other workers.

Additional responsibilities will include balancing the rent roll, contacting contractors for repairs and maintenance, and performing routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. You will also be required to work with minimal supervision and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

We offer a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. Free parking is available, and the work language is English.
