Customer Service Representative, Private Banking Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
- As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to client inquiries and issues.
- To succeed in this role, you should have strong PC and keyboarding skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A working knowledge of branch systems, such as FFT, Intralink, Salesbuilder, Salesforce, Workhub, and ScotiaFX, is also essential.
- You should be able to work independently and confidently within the authority and limits assigned.
- Familiarity with Scotia Service and Complaints Resolution Standards and Procedures is required.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
