Freelance Sales Representative - Toronto, ON

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Freelance Sales Representative to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies in Toronto, ON. As a Freelance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet company standards of visual merchandising.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to educate, inspire, and delight customers.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable, preferably within the beauty sector.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend an interview.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate, with an anticipated range of $17.75 to $28.55, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget.
