We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team at TOP PLUS EMPLOYMENT INC.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires approximately 30 hours of work per week.

Job Description

The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, performing data entry, and working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Additionally, they will be required to recruit and hire staff.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Access, and MS Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability and ability to multitask
Benefits
