Job Description

Skillbook Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Liaison to join our team. As an Administrative Liaison, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 30 hours per week.
