Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate travel costs and provide accurate estimates to clients.
  • Handle cancellations and schedule changes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recommend suitable travel products and services to meet clients' needs.
  • Supervise clerical staff and other travel counselors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and maintain contact lists to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements
  • Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) certification.
  • Proficiency in Amadeus and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience in the travel industry an asset.
