Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Cabinets Production Supervisor to join our team at Benson Cabinetry & Millwork. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen cabinet manufacturing facility.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in supervisory roles, preferably within the manufacturing or production industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ordering of materials.
  • Supervise and train production staff on new equipment, techniques, and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
