We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and assisting with the implementation of project HSE plans, conducting project-specific HSE training, and providing project teams with HSE information and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assist with the implementation of project HSE plans, environmental plans, regulatory requirements, and safe work practices.
- Identify and conduct project-specific HSE training.
- Provide project teams with HSE information and trends, and assist in creating action plans.
- Assist with the development and implementation of hazard identification tools.
Requirements:
- Working toward a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Working toward a safety designation.
- 3 years of experience in a related industry.
- Knowledge of applicable OH&S, environmental legislation, and HSE processes.
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
