We are seeking a skilled Gymnastics Coach to join our team at École les Dynamix. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes. You will also motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, participate in coaching clinic instruction, and analyze and evaluate athletes' or teams' performance.


The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and at least 5 years of experience in the field. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound judgments. Additionally, they will be able to provide excellent oral communication, be flexible, and have efficient interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions for athletes
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or teams' performance
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Certificate in Coaching
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think critically

Work Environment:

The Gymnastics Coach will work in an air-conditioned, non-smoking environment with a team of experienced coaches and athletes. Public transportation is available, and the employer is willing to travel. The work term is permanent, and the work language is French.
