Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled Department Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive category performance
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage customer flow to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop and retain talented employees
- Lead by example by delivering the Burberry Experience to customers
- Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to handle complex customer service issues
- Previous experience in retail sales with supervisory or management experience
- Fluent and professional communication skills
- Monthly Burberry Experience evaluation score
- Improvement in every KPI within the retail scorecard
