Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- The Territory Sales Specialist will generate new business and maintain a book of business within their assigned territory in the concrete construction industry.
- This role involves running a full sales cycle from prospecting, initial outreach, product demonstrations, and closing deals.
- The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a technical environment and communicating with engineers, project managers, and construction managers.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5+ years of Outside B2B sales experience in the Industrial or Construction space.
- Candidates familiar with Concrete, Cement, or Admixture are preferred.
- Ability to use CRM software to track and forecast sales data.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the US and Canada are required.
Location:
This field-based role requires living in the Eastern Canada/Quebec region, with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Quebec City area and willing to travel to meet clients up to 50%.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 CAD
- Total Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 CAD
