At Edinburgh Physio, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
