Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Consultant to join our HR team at Intact. As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support to our employees, HR community, and business leaders on all aspects of foreign worker hiring processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance on immigration inquiries and processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations
- Liaising with immigration vendors to ensure foreign worker compliance
- Advising the HR community and business leaders on immigration-related matters
- Monitoring and auditing administrative tasks related to employee immigration status
- Reviewing and recommending policies and business processes to ensure compliance with immigration legislations and regulations
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Canadian Immigration practices or related fields
- Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) designation is an asset
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
