Electronics Systems Specialist

Parker Wellbore is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and electronic equipment, as well as ensuring the safe operation of our drilling and well control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic equipment, including circuit breakers, transformers, and control panels.
- Ensure the safe operation of drilling and well control systems, including circulating, rotating, hoisting, and well control systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our drilling and well control systems.
- Develop and implement procedures for the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in electronics or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics or a related field, with a focus on maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in adverse weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
