About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Educator to join our team at One Care Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to develop personalized adaptation goals.
  • Collaborate with specialists to create tailored programs for clients' unique needs.
  • Supervise and support office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans to facilitate clients' readaptation and independence objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
