Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our financial leadership, you will oversee critical financial and administrative functions, ensuring full compliance with internal and external accounting requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all accounting and reporting activities for assigned business units or product groups.
  • Coordinate cost management processes and shareholder reporting.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, administration, and communication efforts.
  • Maintain effective relations with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and support for audit activities.
  • Supervise accounting operations to ensure compliance with applicable principles, standards, and legislation.
  • Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of financial policies and controls.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and advise on fiscal matters.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic financial planning.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CPA designation preferred.
  • 5+ years of controllership experience in a large organization.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to support internal and external audit processes.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French to support operations and stakeholders in both languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
