Job Summary:

A&W seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead its food service team in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee daily operations, train staff, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.


Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting work schedules.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customers' complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Operations Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Hiring and Supervision: Hire and supervise food service staff, maintaining a motivated and skilled team.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; however, a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices is essential.
  • Physical Demands: The position requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills.


Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
