We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tractor Operator to join our team at North Horizon Farms Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires a high level of physical fitness and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience operating farm machinery and equipment, including tractors. They will be responsible for performing minor repairs and adjustments to equipment, as well as following emergency and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required; experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
