The team is growing, and they are seeking energetic individuals who are dedicated to ensuring the wellbeing of the clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as soon as they enter the department.
- Make appointments, welcome customers, and validate their needs.
- Open work orders for each SAAQ inspection, branch, and road.
- Perform a rigorous follow-up with the foreman and the customer, especially when there are changes in repairs and work.
- Monitor credit limits of customers with accounts who have a truck under repair.
- Discuss SAAQ requirements with customers.
- Receive, check, and close work orders.
- Check technicians' reports for each operation and record a summary in remarks.
- Plan vehicle movements to suppliers.
- Perform data entry (Hino HPP site, warranty claims, SAAQ, etc.) and filing of all documents.
- Reconcile SAAQ stickers and maintain a register.

Requirements:
- French and English written/spoken fluently.
- Interest in and/or experience with mechanics (asset).
- Computer skills: Office suite and service software.
- Responsible, reliable, and resourceful.
- Enjoys teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
