Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 CAD, depending on experience. Bayshore offers competitive salaries, extended health benefits, RRSP matching, employee discounts, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Job Description

As a Clinical Supervisor in Occupational Health, you'll be responsible for managing employee illness/injury related absences and supporting return-to-work processes. This role will involve working closely with the Manager to develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate occupational health program initiatives and lead health promotion and wellness activities.

  • Supports Health and Safety, Client Services, and Human Resources with the return-to-work process following work-place illness/injury, as needed.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and processes to meet national and provincial standards and support the overall Occupational Health program.
  • Lead initiatives to mitigate organizational and employee risk related to occupational/non-work-related illness/injury absences, return to work, and medical accommodation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current registration with an Ontario Regulated Health Professional College.
  • Certificate or diploma in Occupational Health.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Occupational Health.
  • Drivers License and reliable vehicle required.
