Job Description

This role involves managing all aspects of the store's daily operations, including but not limited to:

  • Directing and controlling day-to-day operations: Ensure that all store activities are running smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluating and planning daily operations: Conduct regular evaluations of store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff management: Recruit, train, and manage staff to meet business needs, promote teamwork, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Marketing strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing plans to drive sales growth, attract new customers, and maintain customer loyalty.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management) or equivalent experience;
  • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role or industry;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement strategic plans;
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and other productivity tools.
