Job Description

  • Prepare meeting minutes, seminar materials, and conference documentation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm travel arrangements with ease.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, relaying messages, and directing visitors.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
