Job Description- Assist in maintaining accurate records of employee training and development programs.
- Prepare meeting minutes, seminar materials, and conference documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Schedule appointments and confirm travel arrangements with ease.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, relaying messages, and directing visitors.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
