Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Royal India Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the preparation and cooking areas, storage rooms, and equipment.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our menu.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always aware of our stock levels and can plan accordingly.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring that all events are well-planned and executed.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
