About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Dana Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals that exceed our guests' expectations.



Responsibilities



  • Prepare and cook all main meals according to established recipes and presentation standards;
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols;
  • Operate commercial kitchen equipment with precision and efficiency;
  • Assist in menu planning and inventory management to ensure optimal food quality and cost control;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise;


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or food service industry;
  • Food Safety certification;
  • WHMIS test (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;


Benefits


We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus benefits including comprehensive health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
