Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to join our team at Peri Wagner-Sues. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning.
  • Plan and organize activities, such as games and outings, to promote children's social development and well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Supervise and care for a multi-aged group of children, promoting a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine, including rest periods and educational activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's daily activities and any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment, promoting the well-being and development of our children.
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness in caring for our children.
