Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Elyon African Kitchen. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
