Job Title: Spa Front Desk Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Front Desk Sales Associate at Hand & Stone - Burlington. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Sell memberships and services to new clients, utilizing your excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Windows computer knowledge and skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
