About the Role

Cefa Morgan Crossing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our child care centre, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being and growth of children
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
  • Collaborate with colleagues to discuss children's progress and challenges
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Experience in child care or a related field (an asset)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
