Job Summary

Terracon Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and refine administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead office support staff, delegate tasks, and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement procedures for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements
  • Project coordination experience with a focus on administration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Salary Range
