This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect to receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of store operations run smoothly, from managing staff and inventory to maintaining high standards of customer service.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Manage stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and minimize losses.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven track record of leadership success, with a focus on driving results and improving performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
