Retail Store Leadership Position

This is a challenging role at Southpoint Station Liquor Store where you will lead a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints.
About the Role:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including assigning sales workers to duties and conducting performance reviews.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet the store's needs.
- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of staff time and manage workload.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a liquor store setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide staff.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
