Food Service Supervisor

Arisu Authentic Korean BBQ is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen management, you will oversee the daily operations of our food service department.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills.
- You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared and served to our high standards.
- Key responsibilities include requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, maintaining records of stock and sales, and preparing reports.
- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain accurate records of stock levels, and ensure that all necessary equipment is in good working order.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all meals meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
