Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
