Job Summary

Captain Dan's Inc. is seeking an experienced Fish Processor to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for unloading and preparing fish and shellfish for further processing.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced food processing environment and be able to work effectively in a team setting. You will be required to unload fish and shellfish by hand, transport them to the work area, condition filets for wrapping or freezing, weigh and record weights, pack fish in ice, clean machines and immediate work areas, measure and dump ingredients, sort fish according to species, weight and destination, transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials, cut, clean and trim fish or seafood, and disjoint crustaceans preparatory to canning or further processing.

Compensation
