Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Site Superintendent to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising large-scale projects and overseeing teams of laborers, insulators, and other personnel.

The role requires exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Prepare and submit detailed production reports to stakeholders;
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively;
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and milestones;
  • Oversee the training and development of apprentices to equip them with the skills needed to succeed in the industry;
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each project, taking into account factors such as labor costs, equipment rental, and material prices;
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, location, and condition of equipment;
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise 3-4 people, including laborers and insulators;
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Organized and reliable individual with excellent time management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors;
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow;
Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
