**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Municipal Law Enforcement Team as a Municipal Law Enforcement Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Town By-laws and Provincial Legislation, providing exceptional customer service, and leading on complex municipal law enforcement files.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing municipality, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the community. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including residents, businesses, and other government agencies, to resolve issues and provide solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure compliance with Town By-laws and Provincial Legislation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the community
  • Lead on complex municipal law enforcement files
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues

**Requirements:**

  • 2-year College diploma or degree in Law and Security Administration or Police Foundation's or related field
  • A minimum 5+ years' experience as a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
  • Municipal Law Enforcement Officer designation
  • Ontario Association of Property Standards Officers designation
  • Use of force certification (Collapsible Baton Bite Stick & O/C Spray Dog Repellent)
