Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to join our team at CMD CPA Professional Corporation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing, compliance, and tax filing.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of our HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Process bi-weekly payroll for a diverse workforce with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Calculate and process various payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
  • Ensure timely payment of employee wages and salaries.
Tax Filing and Compliance
  • Prepare and file payroll tax returns, including federal, state, and local taxes.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll taxes and deductions.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll tax laws and regulations.
