  • Plan and Estimate Labour and Materials: Create budgets and estimates for labour and materials required for various projects, ensuring we stay within budget.
  • Organize and Direct Construction of Decks and Decorative or Retaining Walls: Oversee the construction of decks, walls, and other outdoor features, ensuring they are built to the highest standards.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Keep accurate records of work completed, including hours worked, materials used, and any issues that arose.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring we have everything required to complete projects.
  • Resolve Work Problems, Provide Technical Advice, and Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality: Troubleshoot issues that arise during projects, provide technical guidance to staff, and suggest ways to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for staff, ensuring they are clear and effective.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
