Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator for Business Solutions will be responsible for managing product releases to delivery on site. They will lead communication between customers, engineers, vendors, and other departments of Le Groupe Master. The successful candidate will manage administrative aspects of assigned projects, including day-to-day order entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage release and delivery on site.
  • Create S.O. / P.O. for released equipment included in the assigned project.
  • Coordinate with vendors, transport, and/or logistic department the transport from the factory to the delivery point.
  • Communicate with customers, engineers, vendors, and other administrative departments of Le Groupe Master.
  • Manage administrative aspects of daily or project S.O.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) & Windows.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn the construction bidding & management process, as well as the Sales Support Tools (SST) and GUI (ERP).
  • Self-starter.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Multitasking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication skills for interacting with customers & de-escalation issues.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
